Dear Mr. Bezos,

Rochester, New York was excited to hear the recent news that AmaZOn.com is
searching for a ?second home? for their innovative, world?class organization. As your
team reviews potential sites, I urge you to consider our community, which would be an
ideal location for Amazon HQZ.

Currently President and CEO of Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, which
represents over 1,300 employers in the nine?county region, I am also the former
mayor for the City of Rochester and most recently served as New York State?s
lieutenant Governor alongside Governor Andrew Cuomo. I?m passionate ab out
this community, and I believe Rochester would be the perfect match for Amazon.

Earlier this year, I sent you a letter asking for consideration of Rochester as a site for

future expansion opportunities. For your convenience, I am attaching a copy of that

project Our region is in the midst of a major economic transformation, and we
