Subj: HONOR CODE BOARD ADJUDICATION

1. I concur with the ?nding of ?in violation? rendered by the Honor Code Board (HCB) on 12
July 2017. I further determine that this violation was not a result of any intentional deception or
misappropriation efforts.

2. You are granted 100 days to correct your thesis and to re-submit your thesis not later than
Monday, 23 Oct 2017. If the Thesis Processing Of?ce does not receive your revised thesis by
this date, NPS will initiate degree revocation in accordance with applicable policy. Should you
need an extension to the 100 days due to unforeseen circumstances, please communicate directly
with the of?ce of the Dean of Students.

3. I want to personally thank all parties involved for their professionalism, communication, and
