COMMONWEALTH RESPONSE TO PETITION FOR EXPUNGEMENT PURSUANT TO Pa.R.Crim.P. 790

After reviewing the petitioner's request for expungement pursuant to Pa.R.Crlm.P. 790, the
Commonwealth OBJECTS to the petition being granted for the following reasons: No ARD completion
letter and requests a hearing. The Commonwealth waives any right to a Pennsylvania State Police
Criminal History. Besides any information that is available in the quarter sessions file, at the hearing, the
Commonwealth intends to introduce the following evidence:
