Let me express our respect for a crucial contribution into development of Ukrainian
democratic society and international law. We sincerely appreciate and support Your
advocacy and human rights protection activity.

As to Your request we regret to inform You that in line with the SF Ukrinmash
business nature and according to non-disclosure terms speci?ed in the Contracts
between the Parties we are not legally enable to disclose the Contract terms to other
Parties without prior consent of the Parties to the Contract since that is predetermine
the reputation losses as for reliable supplier and partner. Also, we are not in a position
to provide, prove or disprove any statements not tied with the business activity of SF
Ukrinmash and/or are result of activity of other Parties.

Nevertheless, in the light that speci?ed Contracts in Your letter are not valid (namely,
from 22.10.2014, and IGG/Ukrinmash/2014/ 1399/5/47) we may con?rm
that no ?ows of goods or services were performed.

Taking into account all stated above, we would like to bring into focus that starting
from the changes happened in Ukraine after the Revolution of Dignity, our Company
pays a crucial attention to compliance with the requirements of International and
