On behalf of the Cleveland Indians, I am writing to eXpress our support for Senate
Bill 153.

The future of fantasy sportsis important to the Cleveland Indians. In 2015, the
Indians organization entered into a marketing partnership-with DraftKings. Our
relationship with DraftKings allows us to engage our fans .at another level and
increase their knowledge and interest in both the Indians and Major League
Baseball in general.

Senate- Bill 153 will ensure that the millions of Ohioans who enjoy fantasy sports
can continue to?participate in this popular and accepted form of entertainment
with con?dence that the state has adopted a regulatory structure to better protect
consumers.

The Cleveland Indians support Senate Bill 15 3 and request your-support for this
important legislation that will protect Ohio consumers.
