September 12, 2012 Dear Raymond. I was notsure how to approach you but I Continue to feel like I need to say some things to you from my heart I am not sure where or when things began to be different between you and is We had always had a respectful working relationship while I was at Peterson Farms and you had guys working for the company i always believed it was a "win, Win, Win" situation lorthe guys in your program, for Peterson Farms, and for DARP, i believe you 'iave a big heart but in dealing with "life" it seems to have gotten buried We all seem to have more on our plate than necessary but that is what liie is all about, i suppose, Raymond, DARP has helped many, many guys. You have made a made such a difference in this world 'that is something that not everybody can say about their life, Please don't lose sight of the good you have done! i that we have also helpnd manyguys in theiriourney to become clean and when We have cnosen to operate our program different than you operate DAiiPi That does not make either one of our programs "bad" or "wrong", As long as we each see results, it doesn't matter how we reach ourgoal. As you know, there are so many men that need help -- there are plenty for both oiour programs We have no desire to do anything that Will harm DARF. lam not sure what you have heard, but Rodney, Louise, Donald, and I agreed in the beginning never to be negative about your program or anyone else's program. That is just not good business. Raymond, in the last three weeks, each of our two daughters has been it has simply taken the wind out of i am not sure what God has store For each of them or for us but do know that He has a plan (or all of The oldest tine--and the Doctor's have told us that She Will be fine The youngest one -- We are not sure what the future holds for her She has no medical insurance, is a single Mom and still has the egg farm. i am asking you to please coirsiderWithdrawmg the lawsuit against us. We have everything we own mortgaged at the bank. We have used all our savings to keep the reco program alive anc now we Will be helping our daughter through Frankly, I am not sure how rim . re going to surv:ve, financially. We I EXHIBIT I ,5 .. [i .r . are working. desperately just to keep CAAIR alive, and there is not much more we can afford to do. I ask you to set aside what you see as our differences and to let go of the lawsuit. it will only continue to hurt all of us mentally, emotionally, and financially. My biggest fear IS that this dispute will destroy both programs and the good that we do. Raymond please use your big heart and let each of us get on with running our .respectiye programs With the lawsuit removed we both can focus on the things - that are important in life; our families and helping guys get clean and sober. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. Sincerelyy Janet Wilkerson
