(Dkt. #23). On September 20, 2017, after Defendants produced a limited amount of documents they deemed responsive and non-exempt, Plaintiffs moved for sanctions and an order commanding Defendants to show cause as to their failure to comply with the Court’s July 14 Order, and Defendants opposed the motion on October 4, 2017. (Dkt. #33, 39). Having reviewed the parties’ submissions, the Court shares Plaintiffs’ surprise with the extent of Defendants’ production; however, the Court is unable to find that Plaintiffs have set forth sufficient grounds for the Court to impose sanctions or issue an Case 1:17-cv-02542-KPF Document 42 Filed 10/11/17 Page 2 of 2 order to show cause. Consequently, Plaintiffs’ motion for the same is DENIED. The parties shall continue to abide by the schedule provided in the July 14 Order. SO ORDERED.
