SUPPORTING ARREST:

On 7/14/17 at approximately 1537 hours, Catherine Davis called 91 1 to report a domestic dispute involving her
son, Lane Davis. She stated Lane was being verbal and out of control. While deputies were enroute to the scene,
Catherine called 91 I again and stated her husband, Charles Davis was dead and Stabbed. She then stated that her son
stabbed him.

Deputy Steiner arrived on scene and found Charles Davis deceased on the back porch of the residence. He then
located Lane Davis outside the residence. Lane was taken into custody without incident Lane had blood on his person
and clothing.

Detective Neufeld and I interviewed Lane. I advised him of his Miranda Waniings and he stated that he understood
and was willing to answer questions. He then signed me Advice of Rights form. Lane stated that he and his father got
into an argument. He stated his father called him a Nazi and was trying to kick him out of the house. Lane stated he
stabbed his father in the chest.
