BACKGROUND

This is a Relevant Business instruction where we have been contacted by Elton Shane ra Whitman Breed to
assist in the migration of an IBM Property Holding Company to Mauritius. The client wilt be the U30 Sally

Jemngetich Kosgei of PEP status due to her currently being the Minister of Agriculture for the Kenyan
Government.

Below details the background on our client but world check details that in 2003 she was allegedly involved in
the unauthorised sale of government property which she denied any wrong doing - 2005 the High Court
allowed amendment to the plaintiffs suit. After further investigations no further information can be found on
the web to give substance or cause for concern these are all allegations

Kosgey is a Kenyan potitician. She belongs to the Orange Democratic Movement and was elected to

represent the Aldai Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya in the Kenyan parliamentary election.
2007.

She was educated at Alliance Girls High School. and received her AM. in 1975 and her in 1980, both
from Stanford University in the United States.

She became the minister for higher education in the coalition government which came about in 2003 after
the post election violence. However in April 2010, she swapped jobs with Agriculture Minister William Ruto.
