While we were there I inquired about the alleged water dumping incident associated with ERDF roll off cans which could have been from Rana Evans with provided me the following preliminary information. WRPS is still?fact gathering at this time and plans to have something to the regulatory agencies by the end of the week. The number of roli off cans which were associated with the water dumping incident is still unknown. The number has changed from 1 to 3 to 7 containers. This incident took place several weeks ago. The containers involved were empty and staged with permeable covers for use during hose in hose transfer work at the tank farms. was very clear that none of the containers involved were associated with Rana did share that the first release was incidental and would be subject to the miscellaneous streams permit. They estimate the amount of waste discharged to be 15 gallons. At this time they think there may be one other container which had an incidental discharge subject to miscellaneous steams. Katie and I will continue to follow up on the requirements for miscellaneous streams reporting with ORP. Rana communicated that King 5 had also been in contact with DOE late last week for further information on this incident.
