Dear Ms. Bashnight, Please accept this as my response to your email dated June 26, 2017. First, I note that we provided you with a comprehensive ?nancial report through the end on May as that was the last month that the CPA could reconcile the account to our last bank statement. I believe our statement is not available until the 5th of the month. Also, that comprehensive statement re?ects $2,600 that was donated from other sources. Therefore, the balance of the 35 40,000 as of May 3] is $7,834.05. In any event, either balance has or will be used as follows: 1) 3,300 payroll 6/9 2) 3,300 payroll 6/23 3) 3,300 payroll 7/8 4) 3,3 00 payroll 7/22 This re?ects our appropriate payroll as 3 of the 4 staff are hourly. To the extent that there are City funds remaining after June it will be applied to payroll. With that, I respectfully request that the funds be carried over for that purpose. Also, I'm copying Earl Jeter, CPA on this email so that he understands the urgency of getting the in receipt of the June bank statement.
