This Settlement Agreement (Settlement) is entered into by and between the Fraternal Order of Police.
Lodge (Union) and the City of Chicago, Chicago Police Department (Employer).
In order to settle and resolve all issues raised in the referenced grievance on an amicable basis, the parties

agree to the following:
i. The Grievant William Levigoe?s sixty (60) day suspension related to CR #1000214. which gave rise to

renced grievance shall be reduced to a ?ve day suspension.
Grievant will satisfy the suspension by forfeiting forty (40) compensatory
time hours. The record of the Grievant will be amended to re?ect these changes.

.2. it is mutually agreed and understood that this Settlement is a full and complete Settlement of all claims
raised or which could have been raised regarding or in any manner related to the referenced grievance.

The Union hereby withdraws, with prejudice. the referenced grievance.

4. The Settlement shall not constitute an admission of liability by or as an admission of the legal position
ot'nny party and shall not he precedent setting and further. shall not be used1 referred to or Cited in any future
arbitratlon. administrative or court proceeding hetw?cen the patties cannot as may be accessory to enforce the

provisions hereof or the rights of the parties hereto.

5. The Grit-yam Ol??cor hereby releases the Union, its of?cers, employees. agents and designs from any
and all claims including but not limited to. suit}: of law which the Uliloer now has or may have against the Union
with respect to representation by the Union of the Officer in connection with the grievance, up to and including
the date of execution of this Agreement.
