2. 0106.2 is facilitating daily meetings between 0106.3 Environmental. 0980 Engineering and 899 Wastewater Process, 8305 Metal

Plating Process Shops to identify and progress corrective actions necessary to resume wastewater treatment plant processes at 81109
and to develop contingencies for disposal of wastewater if it cannot be treated.

3. Actions matrix established to? identify measures to resume each wastewater treatment plant process and to develop contingencies for

The flow through Tank 3A with the local exhaust ventilation running, when it is full with
approximately 5200 gallons, is approximately four air changes per minute.

Caution should be exercised when applying air changes per minute to Tank 3A as the

temporary local exhaust ventilation is in ciose proximity to the top of the waStewater level. The
key point for evaluation of the temporary local exhaust ventilation is its adequacy keeping
contaminants out of the breathing zone of personnel) with regard to flow rate, linear velocity at

the access door, and the smoke test.
