DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT

On Saturday, October 28, 2017, at approximately 10:04 pm, Mr. Mawuli Kocuvie was strangled and killed in the 1700
block of Benning Road, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
