DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT

On Sunday, October 22, 2017, at approximately 8:39 pm, Mr. Andre Harris was shot and killed in the 1900 block of
Savannah Terrace, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information
about this homicide.
