Dear Mr. Kossack,
 
Thank you for clarifying in your response to my previous email about Secretary Lawson's comments and your 
communica]on or rather, lack thereof, with the Minnesota Voters Alliance.
I am s]ll wondering about my formal request. To give you a sense of the root of my ques]ons, for example, 
we had a fully developed agenda for the New Hampshire mee]ng--but I am at a loss to understand how that 
agenda was formed, how the witnesses who tes]fied were chosen or invited, or even what our goal was for 
that mee]ng. The documents I am reques]ng are so that I can fully par]cipate as a commissioner. If I know 
who's doing what, and how I can more fully par]cipate, then I can beMer fulfill my role as a Commissioner.
 
It is clear that someone is working on something and talking to others, and I should be a part of that work 
and those discussions.
 
I hope this clarifica]on will help expedite my request.
