you that the company has suspended all works in Broken Hill, Tibooburra.

7 I regret that the company has to terminate any work engagement with the above persons as

of today (19/04/2017). The company will endeavor to settle any outstanding payment to them.

Mr. Shuhua (Scott) HE will be the General Manager of?the "Good Friday Mine (ML1322)

project?.
We will inform you any further developments as they become available to us.

This notification shall take effect upon the signature of Director of Aus Gold Mining Group

together with the company seal.
