No. We took face value where customer said
funds came from. Business profile states
who you'll be dealing with, etc., and would
ask where source of funds came from. Many
would say dividends, savings, etc. We were
never told to search for that sort of
information

This was to my team. We needed to know why customers would
request holdmail These were all clients who requested holdmail
So if it were not Iran/Syria, should ender permanent address or
correspondent address No longer typing in holdmail. From that point
forward, we had a tab to identify holdmail. This flag had always been
there, it's Just not how we had done it before Now, though, if you

mark as holdmail. it automatically has a messaging sen/ice to stop the
mail.
