Deed of Settlement of the Mango Trust

This Trust Agreement and the Trust created hereby is made as of the 2nd day of
Jammy, 2008 by and between SHARON DAVIDSON, a hurried woman, (hereinafter
referred to as the ?Settlor?) a resident of Scottsdale,
Arizona 85254 in the United States of America, and the co-Trustees designated herein in
Schedule Section 1 of this Deed (hereinafter collectively referred to as the
"Trustee?).

RECITALS AND COVENANTS

Whereas:
The Settlor has delivered to the Trustee the assets listed in Schedule Section
5 of this Trust Deed.

The Trustee acknowledges receipt of the assets listed in Schedule Section 5
and undertakes to hold them in trust for the Bene?ciaries of this Trust Agreement
and the Trust created hereby under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

NAME OF TRUST
This Settlement shall be known as the Mango Trust.

SECTION 1
DEFINITIONS

Unless otherwise stated in this Trust Agreement, the following expressions. shall have the
meanings as described below:

a. ene?cim" or "Bene?ciaries" means those persons set forth in Schedule 
Section 2 under the heading "Beneficiaries." Bene?ciary does not include any
person or persons who at any time during the term of this Trust is a resident of the
situs of this Trust. Upon a Bene?ciary ceasing to be a resident of the situs of this
Trust, such Bene?ciaryr shall be automatically reinstated

b. "Quid." or "Children" means the lawful children and lawful issue of the Settlor
