On 05/lS/12, an adult female victim reported being sexually assaulted by Spencer Cruise and Yempabou Palo The victim reported that tn the early moming on 05/18/12, Cruisc and Palo offered to give her a ride home hut instead drove her to Ames, a house owned by Cruises family. The vichm agreed to go inside the house with them and while inside the house. both Cruise and Palo committed a sex act by force :md against the will ofthe victim.
