The subscrib€r's address of internet service at 199 NW Neptune Court, Lake City FL 32055, and tho subscribers telephone number of (904) 351-2793. A search of the lP address provided by 162ro, Once the information was received by Comcast, it was discovered that Patricia Park's address is located inside the same mobile hom€ park of Robert Chadwick, A search of previous atrost rePorE and offense roPorts for Robert Chadwick rev€alod ihat Robert Chadwick has a girlfriend named Jessica Park. Further investigation revealed that Jessica is Patricia Park's granddaughter, and that Jessica also lives at 199 NW Neptun€ Court which is the same location the stolen Amazon credit card was used to mak€ the online purchases. It has also been discovered that over the last four we€ks Columbia County has received an increasingly high number of vehicle burglaries with the same Modus Operandi as this case, and in most of the vehicle burglaries, credit cards were stolsn and used along with other items to include electronics, jewelry, and firearms. The burglaries were mapped out, and several of them were within a very close proximity of Patricia, Jesica, and Robert Chaiwick's residences. ln one of the burglary investigations, it was revealod that a cell phone was stolon. The c€ll phon€ coverage provider was contacted who agrsod to ping the stol€n phone to reveal its location. The first ping ievealed the cell phone's location near or at the intersection of HVVY 90 W and NW Turner Ave in Lake City Florida. The phone was pinged a second time and it revealed a location near the intersection of NW Turner Avenue and NW Ash Street which is approximately 0.25 miles away from Patricia, Jessica, and Robert Chadwick's rosidence. The phone was then turned off a no further locations were provided. During this investigation it was revealed that Rob€rt Chadwick was arrested on July 7th,2015 for a Writ of Bodily Attachment in reference to non-support. Robert also instructed Jessica to get in touch with "Rees6's" girlfriend, Elizabeth, and that she would be able to show Jessica howto "swipe" thecards to bond Robert out of jail. lt was learned that Robert is being housed in the medical dormitory at the Columbia County Detention Center. Also housed in the medical dormitory is a Tyrece Roundtree who also has a street name of "Reese". Also during jail conversations, Robsrt advises Jessica to sell an ,.Xbox" and then report it stolen. ln another phone conversation between Robert and Jessica recorded on July 9th, 2015, Jessica informed Robert that shejust got two Beats Hoadphones and a nice pink pair of headphones, which is consistent with items that wer€ bought fraudulently with the stolen Amazon credit card. On July 14th, 2015 a probable cause search warrant was completed by this affiant, and signed by Judge W. Douglas to search the residence of 199 NW Neptune Ct along with any vehicles that w€ro parked at the residence. The search warrant was executed by members of the CCSO Criminal lnvestigations Division, and the GCSO Patrol Division. While executing the search warrant at the residence, four persons were detained inside the home. Kelly A. park (home owner, and Jessica Park's mother), Comelio Espinosa (Kelly's boyfriend), ChristoPher Park (Kelly's son), and Patrick Barton who is a friend of Jessica and Roberts. Jessica was not located at the residence, nor wag her vehicle (Red GMC Jimmy) either. The search warrant was read to Kelly in full and a copy was provided to her. A search of ihe residence was then conducted by members of ClD, and Crime Scene Technicians. The search revealed multiple items of property identified to have been reported stolen from numerous victims of vehicle burglaries and thefts over ihe last soveral weeks. Th€ majority of the items recovered at th€ resid€nce were located in J-essica,s room which was identified by J€sica's mothor, Kelly. While the residence was being searched, I made contact with Patrick Barton who was boing detained in the front yard ofthe residence. Patrick'Jname had besn brought up in jail phone conversations between Jessica and ilobert, but at that time, it was unknown if he was involver in the car burglaries. I read Patrick Miranda Warnings by card. patrick stated he understood his rights, and he agreed to speak with me. I first asked Patrick if he lived at the residence, and he replied no. Patrick statad he cam€ over to visit his friend, Daniel Park (Jessica's brother)' who lives at the residence, but Daniel wasn't home. I asked Patrick if he was frionds with Jessica and Robert, and patrick stated no. Patrick stated that he knows both of them but he didn't have any contact with either. I then asked patrick why. Patrick referred to Jessica as being "psychotic", and he stated he didn't like Robert for any particular reason, other than he just didn't like him. I asked Patrick when the last time he actually spoko with Jessica was, and Patrick stated it nad been several weeks. Patrick said ho had seen Jessica only in passing due to them living in the same mobile home park. lthen asked Patrick why his name would.have been brought up by Jessica in-a iail phone conversation with Robert on July 9(h 2015 talking about a Smith E Wesson hand gun that rr"" to be in Patrick's possossion, and I explained to him that in a recent vehicle burglary, a Smith & "rpposid was stol6n. Patrick stated he didn't know anything about a gun. I then asked him if he was Wesson handgun -or aware of any vehiclo burglariss in the area over the last sev€ral weeka, and Patrick said no. Patrick involved with any involvemint with or any knowledge of any vehicle burglaries in the area. I askod Patrick where dsnied having he was curreitly iiving, and Patrick stated he stays at two different locations. The first residence is 744 NW Zach Drive in Lake City, bui Patrick stated he hasn't been to that residence in a few weeks. Patrick said he also stays at 184 NW Jupiter Court. Patrick stated this address iswherehehas been living overthe past few weeks which is also the same address that Robert has listed for his residenco. I then asked Patrick if he had a vohicle, and he stated yes. Patrick described owning a black Lexus four door passengel car which he stated was parked next door at the 184 NW Jupiter Court address. I then recalled a recent burglary that took place two days earlier at 277 NW Dudley Loop (Case # CCSO15OFFOO3253). ln this cas€, th€ victims debit card had been stolen and used earlier that morning at S&S 42 in Lak6 City. Purchased was gasoline at the pumps. Video surveillance was viewed at the First Federal Savings Bank ATM machins which had a clear view of the pumps. The video showed a black passenger car pull up to pump #1 that looked very similar to Patrick's car, and a silver passenger car Pull up to pump # 3 within ieconds of each other, and they began pumping gas. lt was confirmed through the time stamps on the S&S receipt that both vehicle pumped gas from the confirmed stolen credit card. After speaking with Patrick, Patrick gave consent to Detective Martin Lee to search his vehicle. I was not present during the search, but Dstective Lee stated Patrick made a vsry odd statement before th€ consent search was conducted. Detective M. Lee stat€d before opening the trunk of Patrick's car, Patrick told Detective M. Lee that he had a lot of stuff in the trunk and he appeared to be very nervous. Detective M. Lee stated upon opening the trunk, the trunk was clean and no items were located insido. Detective M. Lee stated Patrick had a very confused look on was Offense Report Pag€ 4 of l'l time. After speaking with Patrick, I spoke with Kelly, I asked Kelly about the relationship between Patrick, Jessica, and Robert. Kelly stated that all three of them are very good friends, and that Patrick has been spending the night at her residence over the past soveral nights ever since Robeft was arrested on his child support warrant. I asked Kelly if she ever recalled Patrick and Jessica having a falling out, and Kelly said no, Kelly said the last time she saw Patrick and Jessica hanging outwastheday beforo on 07/13/15. Kelly stated they appeared to be getting along fine. lthen asked Kelly where Jessica was. Kelly stated Jessica left the residence shortly before we arrived to serve the search warrant, and she believed Jessica was going to visit her drug dealer known only as "Buddy". Kelly agre€d to text message Jessica asking wher€ she was. After sending the message, Jessica responded back that sho was at Buddy's house. Kelly was able to give me driving directions from her residence to Buddys residence. This information was given to Detective Lussier and Detective Khachigan to follow up with. While speaking with Kelly I asked if she had any knowledge of the burglari$ that Jessica and Robert were suspected of doing. Kelly denied any knowledge of the burglaries but she did admit that it was very odd that Jessica kept showing up with exPensive electronics, phones, and cash. I then asked Kelly if she ever saw Jessica in possession of any firearms. Kelly said she remembered a few days ago, Jessica and Patrick were walking out of the house, and Patrick appeared to have been carrying a gun. Kelly said she didn't know anything about guns and describod it as being a semi-auto handgun, and not a revolver. After questioning Kelly further, K€lly admitted that she had seen one other firearm. Kelly said today, before law enforcoment arrived to serve the search warrant, she found a silver revolver inside a bag sitting on the back headrest of her couch. Kelly said she didn't want guns in her house so she told her son Daniel to take it away. Kelly said she didn't say anything sooner because she didn't want hor son to get into trouble for following her direction. Kelly said Daniel took the gun to his friends house on NW Saturn Lane. Kelly brought Detectives to the residence and the firearm was recovered without incident. Jessica stated on most of the burglaries they usually took two vehicl€s, Jessica's red Blazer, and Patrick's car. Jessica said Patrick had a lot of stolen items in the trunk of his vehicle the day before on July 13th, but he ended up transferring all the property he had in his vehicle into her Blazer. Jessica was unable to give an exact time frame of whon the burglaries started but explained they had been doing them for a little over a month' Sh€ also stated that whon Robeft was arrested on July 7th, she and Patrick continued to burglarize vehicles in an attempt to raise enough money to bond Robert out of jail.
