A white Ford Crown Victoria was also captured on video surveillance footage driving around the businesses before, during, and after the burgiaries. On August 25, 2017, a commercial burglary occurred at 73929 Larrea Street, Palm Desert. A White male adult wearing an shirt and ?Pro Circuit? hat was seen on video surveillance footage breaking into the electrical room and stealing numerous commercial-grade circuit breakers. Video surveillance footage from an AMPM two blocks from Larrea Street showed the same Toyota Tacoma park at the gas pumps, just prior to the incident. The Tacoma was driven by the White male adult wearing the shirt. A white Ford Crown Victoria with a spotlight, vented hood, and paint peeling from the roof, arrived at the same time and was driven by a White male adult with brown hair, medium-to-heavy build, and 9' tall. The occupants of both vehicles conversed with each other for several minutes and it was clear they knew each other. The vehicles left AMPM in tandem and several minutes later traveled eastbound on Highway 111 after the burglary. A second commercial burglary occurred on August 25, 2017 at 42210 Cook Street, Palm Desert. Suspect(s) forced entry into the electrical rooms of several suites and stole five commercial-grade circuit breakers worth a total of $3,500. No video surveillance footage was obtained. On August 2017, a commercial burglary occurred at Sherman's Deli, located at 73161 Country Club Drive, Palm Desert. The suspect(s) gained access to the locked electrical room by cutting the lock with a grinder. Four circuit breakers, valued between $1,500 and $2,500 each, were stolen. Video surveillance footage from surrounding businesses showed the same Toyota Tacoma and Ford Crown Victoria in the parking lot minutes prior to the burglary. Another commercial burglary occurred on 08/27/17 at 68805 Perez Road, Cathedral City. Suspectts} forced entry into the electrical room and an unknown amount of circuit breakers. Video surveillance footage showed the same Crown Victoria driven by the same male as seen on AMPM footage. The male exited the Crown Victoria, used pliers to open the electrical room door, entered the room for a few moments, then exited back to the Crown Victoria. On August 30, 2017, Sgt. Brewster informed me he conducted a vehicle check on a white Ford Crown Victoria (AZ license plate BYM8210) on 08/2317 between 0200 and 0300 hours. He could not recall if the vehicle had a vented hood or paint peeling from the roof. The vehicle was parked at Homewood Suites, located at 36999 Cook Street Palm Desert. On 09f06f1T, received an email from Riverside Facial Comparison Unit. The email stated the White male adult wearing the shirt at AMPM was possibly Timothy Stephen Sikorski, date of birth 03f03i?i'7. Sikorski had several theft-related arrests and convictions for stealing circuit breakers and other electrical equipment. I also noticed he was listed as a career criminal for burglary and on mandatory supervision, via electronic confinement, through San Bernardino County until 02113f18. One of his recent addresses, according to law enforcement databases, was 450 W. 3rd Street, Rialto; however, his most recent address on his driver's license was 5121 W. Gilman Street, Banning. I located a report that stated Sikorski was arrested on 03l20f17 with Christina Marie Jones AKA Christina Sikorski for stealing circuit breakers from multiple Tesla charging stations. I reviewed Sikorski's California DliilV photograph and several booking photographs and noticed he was the same male wearing the shirt at AMPM who committed the burglary on Larrea Street. San Bernardino County Sheriff?s Department personnel informed Deputy Jones that Sikorski?s ankle monitor showed he was at the grand theft and eight burglaries. On 09/12l17, Sikorski and Jones were arrested at the Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center. Sikorski was wearing his red "Pro Circuit? hat, and his t-shirt was located at his residence during a probation search. Under Miranda, Sikorski confessed to stealing the circuit breakers, and stated he was paid on average $400-$500 for each theftfburglary.
