Cancels 25 undeveloped leases that overlap the area closed to future leasing by the U.S. Forest Service
(all in the Thompson Divide area)
 18 leases held by SG Interests
 7 leases held by Ursa Resources
Modifies 12 undeveloped leases in the area the U.S. Forest Service has made open to future leasing by
adding the stipulations for future leasing outlined in the U.S. Forest Service 2015 decision. The
leaseholder has the option of accepting the new stipulations or having their lease canceled.

3 leases held by Willsource would be unchanged (other than the addition of 1993 timing
limitations to 2 of them)
1 lease held by Encana would be unchanged
