saw the video or the incident and recognized lhal Richard Grundy, Jr, and Amanda Grundy were at the Citgo
when the shooting occurred

On February 3. 2014. 1 took a statement from Richard GRUNDY. Jr. who admitted that he was inside
the store when the shooting occurred. He said he picked up his in law, Ainanda GRUNDY, at her
residence on the south side ortown around 6:00 pm. They drove in his truck to his residence located at 64-

may be the shooter. has been bragging about the shooting in iail. 1 also received a call from--
who said that there was apparently a hit out on '1 and lohnny and there has been bragging in jail about the
shooting, I researched police reports and found a John Means that was connected lo the Grundy family. I began

to locate and listen tojail calls made by John Means.
