Lacy stated that GRUNDY told WELLSTINNIN, "You got to get that Nigga out of here, he's got to go", and that WELLS-TINNIN walked back outside with 20. Lacy stated that a few seconds later WELLS-TINNIN came back inside the studio, and GRUNDY said "I got two bands for you to take care of that Nigga". Lacy said that GRUNDY said he wanted 20 killed because 20 had previously robbed GRUNDY of marijuana in April or May of 2013. Lacy further stated that WELL-TINNIN, MEANS and 20 left the studio in a vehicle. At some point later that same evening, WELLS-TINNIN and MEANS returned to the studio, and GRUNDY handed WELLSTINNIN $2500.00 in cash. Lacy stated that MEANS began to complain about not being paid because "I'm the one who shot the Nigga, I did all the work". Lacy stated that MEANS went on to say that WELLSTINNIN was hesitant to kill 20 because they were friends, so MEANS had to do it. Lacy stated that MEANS specifically stated that WELLS-TINNIN distracted 20, by dropping something on the ground, and when 20 bent over to see what WELLS-TINNIN dropped, MEANS shot 20 in the head. GRUNDY then directed WELLS-TINNIN to give MEANS $500.00 of the $2500.00 for shooting 20. Lacy identified GRUNDY, WELLS-TINNIN, and MEANS from gallery photos. Lacy stated that he has known MEANS for several years. Lacy stated that MEANS told him of two other homicides he had done in 2013 or early 2014. Lacy stated that the conversations occurred while Lacy was incarcerated "at the farm" (Pendleton correctional facility), and had regular phone conversations with MEANS via contraband cell phone Lacy possessed. Lacy also identified Amanda GRUNDY as "Rick's girl", Anthony TINNIN as "Bumpus" and GRUND Y's' cousin, Adrian BULLOCK as "AD", cousin of GRUNDY, and Richard GRUNDY Jr. as BULLOCK's uncle. When asked how the victim(s) were located prior to the shootings, Lacy stated that GRUNDY has "spotters and people following them". 15 (m Aug McKinney Lag [\hulnuf Iml/c Hm H) IL 'nu 11ml I Au phoh: ux the he rL rrul [chmhur 2(113 HMPI) mic number
