On December 12, 2017, at approximately 8:36 am, Ms. Rockingham was discovered deceased in the rear of 300 block of 34th Street, NE. Ms. Rockingham’s death was ruled a homicide. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
