TERRY RICHARDSON STATEMENT THROUGH HIS ATTORNEY

Terry Richardson denies the allegations made by Lindsay Jones.
In 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, several years after the alleged incident took place, Ms. Jones
repeatedly initiated contact with Mr. Richardson on at least seven different occasions through
emails and social media posts.
Not a single communication from Ms. Jones ever even remotely referred to any inappropriate
conduct by Mr. Richardson.
In 2011 Ms. Jones wrote: “I want to do photos with Terry Xx."
In 2012 she asked: “How much to commission a portrait?”
In 2013 she commented on one of Mr. Richardson's publicly available Instagram posts which
exhibited a photograph of Mr. Richardson and a celebrity. In the comment section to this post
Ms. Jones wrote: "Love u both xx" followed by a subsequent comment on the same post that: "I
want to come in to the studio T xxo."
In 2014 she wrote Mr. Richardson an email stating: "I would love to stop by the studio some
time. I would love to shoot any time.”
Recently, Ms. Jones began to “shop” her story about Mr. Richardson on her Facebook account
by publicly announcing that: “I have a Terry Richardson story who will publish it?”
Ms. Jones then reached out to multiple publications, offering inconsistent versions of her story,
with varying accounts of even the year that the alleged incident took place.
The Huffington Post was furnished with all of this information and decided to largely ignore it in
the interest of writing an unfair and highly misleading piece about this alleged incident.
