Dear Mr. Taylor:

I am a beneficiary of the Red Mountain Trust, an Isle ofMan trust, and I have requested that
Kleinwort Benson, as Trustee of the Red Mountain Trust, make a $5,000,000 (USD)
distribution to me to settle The Gemini Trust. In the interest of time, I have requested, and
Kleinwort Benson has agreed, to transfer the $5,000,000 (USD) directly to the Capital
Security Bank account held by Coldia Trust Ltd., as Trustee of The Gemini Trust, on my
behalf. Thus, it is my intent that this distribution transferred from the Red Mountain Trust
constitute my settlement ofThe Gemini Trust.
