DECLARATION OF TRUST

(hereinafter referred to as ?Asiatrust?) declares that 100 Ordinary share(s) registered in the

Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Hong Kong, a company duly incorporated in Hong Kong, is
held by Asiatrust in its capacity as trustee of THE PURPLE TULIP TRUST (hereinafter
