THIS DECLARATION OF TRUST is made on the 17th day of February 2016
WHEREBY Asiatrust Nevis Ltd. of Hunkins Plaza, Charlestown, Main Street, Nevis
(hereinafter referred to as ?Aslatrust") declares that 100 Ordinary share(s) registered in the
name of Asiatrust in the capital of Shady Tree, Limited of Room 2203, Tower 1,
Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, Hong Kong, a company duly incorporated in Hong Kong, is
held by Asiatrust in its capacity as trustee of THE FIVE-WIDE TRUST (hereinafter referred
to as the which such shares have been accepted as an addition to the trust fund of
the TRUST and shall be managed in accordance with provisions of the Trust Agreement dated
28 September 2015 constituting the TRUST signed between Ogale Erandal RAY as the
settlor, and Asiatrust as the trustee and other supplemental deeds thereto.
