Parts “a”, “b”, “g” and “i” of your request do not request documents or records as defined by the Public Officers Law, as they are not maintained by the Executive Chamber, and your request would require that records be prepared or created. Additionally, to the extent the Executive Chamber would maintain such records specified in “b”, “g” and “i” of your request, they would be exempt from production because they contain information which “if disclosed, would jeopardize the capacity of an agency or an entity that has shared information with an agency to guarantee the security of its information technology assets, such assets encompassing both electronic information systems and infrastructures.” See Public Officers Law § 87(2)(i).
