Amendments to the National Voter Registration Act:

1. Delete 52 U.S.C. 20504(c)(2)(A).

2. in 52 U.S.C. 20504(c)(2)(B): delete ?may require only the minimum amount of information
necessary to?? and replace with "may require any information that the State deems necessary to-"

3. Add new subsection 52 U.S.C. 20504lf): ?Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent a
state from requiring documentary proof of citizenship from any applicant.?
