This warrant applies to information associated with the Facebook page 1078774875572313
("Page ID") that is stored at premises owned, maintained, controlled, or operated by Facebook
Inc., a company headquartered in Menlo Park, California.
therein to search for, seize, secure, tabulate and make return according to law the folloWing

Information to be disclosed by Facebook and authorization to Review
To the extent that the information described in the "Property To Be Searched" is within the
possession, custody, or control ofFacebook Inc. ('"Facebook"), records, files, logs, or
information that have been deleted but are still available to Facebook, or have been preserved,
Facebook is required to disclose, from the Page ID 1078774875572313, all stored content from
February 5th 2017 to February 15th 2017, including the following information:
(a)
All profile information, including any admin profiles or moderator profiles ID
numbers (including linked personal profile ID's associated with any such admin or
moderator profiles), with status updates, messages, videos, photographs, articles, wall
postings, event postings, comments, and tags;
(b)
Images or videos shared by, posted to, and uploaded to the above Page ID;
(c)
Event information, including Facebook account names and ID#'s of people
included in the Guest section of the event (to include those who are "Interested,"
"Going," and "Invited;") and
"Discussion" posts.

Information to be seized by the government

All information described above in Section I that constitutes fruits, evidence and
instrumentalities of violations of Disorderly Conduct (RCW 9A.84.030) and/or Reckless
Endangerment (RCW 9A.36.050) involving unknown individuals on February 11, 2017,
including, for the PageiD 1078774875572313, information pertaining to the following matters:

The identity of individuals responsible for blocking the interstate freeway (I-5) on .
February 11, 2017, and/or preparatory steps taken in furtherance of the scheme to
block I-5; information regarding the suspects' intent to obstruct traffic;
information revealing awareness on the part of the suspects regarding the risk of
vehicle accidents; and information regarding concealing the plan to block I-S or
participation therein.
Any .remaining information (not pertaining to the Disorderly Conduct I Reckless ·
Endangerment investigation) will be returned to the Courts for sealing.

You were further commanded to execute the Search Warrant within TEN ( 10) days from the date of
