However, if the technical support required involves third-party software or hardware that Bell does not support, our representatives will let customers know about the Tech Expert service. Offered by a third party company, it provides live 24/7 support for technical issues unrelated to Bell products and services. Our agents aren’t required to offer the service but will do so if they think it’s right for the customer. Tech Expert sales would account for well under 1% of our total technical support calls.”
