Article 2 B is an independent contractor of A, and any commitments made between B and any other person(s) shall not bind A, except whenever A has given B special authority to do so. Article3 At the request of A, B shall provide a report about the result of the said project. Article 4 The period of this contract shall be from the date this contract is signed to until the project is complete, which is expected to be on or about February 1, 2018. Articled The fee for the entire service will be up to $50,095.00, depending on the volume of the ad buy, including advertising space and creative foes. Article 6 B must not disclose to a third party the contents of services stipulated by A under this contract or any confidential information learned in performing the services pursuant to this contract, except as required by law.
