THIS INFORMATIQN IS FQR LAW ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES ONLY From: Cleveland, Melanie Sent: Wednesday, February 1, 2017 1:03 PM To: Mackenzie, Lt. Kenneth B. Subject: information on P51 driver and related info After finding the truck in P51 parking space 9, I ran a 28 and learned the owner is Brett Sanders, ., 11812 Canoe Road, Frisco, TX. I checked Orion and found there is no Brett Sanders registered at UTD. The individual who placed the sticker on the pay station in P51 was the front passenger in the truck and there was a person in the back seat on the passenger side who appeared to possibly be female. When the driver left the vehicle, he was carrying a camera of some type mounted on a tripod. I logged onto an old investigative Facebook account I have and found a public page under the name ?Brett Sanders? in which he lists his date of birth as . The header on his profile page is CULTURAL and his pro?le photo is of himself in a red "Trump" hat, and he is kissing some type of automatic weapon. Sanders appears to be very active on Facebook with recent postings, the most recent at the time I checked it was ?an open letter to Posted on his page are a number of videos, one of which is a video-recorded traffic stop by the Frisco Police Department, posted on 12/1/16. He appears to be antiopolice and also posted this meme: 7.9.. Included in his postings was a photo of the below poster. This was posted last night, 1/31/17, at 9:38pm {the same night the sticker was placed in PS 1, approximately 2 later). The posting states When I Google the Plinth in Texas or any variation thereof, the only one that comes up in Texas is at UTD. I found a public Facebook page hosted by "lntersectional Feminist Alliance showing a booth at the Plinth last year on 3/31/16. The table is manned by four people and has a poster board showing ?Ask a Feminist - Safe Space". I did not find a specific reference to this event. A photo posted on Sanders page In July 2016 may indlcate the reason for the camera/tripod: i a . It?, .7 5?
