This letter is a follow-up to your prior General Services Administration (GSA) Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) request (No. GSA-2017-001303).
Please note that GSA received $13,278,000 for pre-election support for both Clinton and Trump.
GSA also received $9,500,000 for post-election support. Of this $9,500,000 for post-election
support, $6,000,000 was for incoming administrative support, $1,000,000 was for appointee
orientation and training, and $2,500,000 was for outgoing transition.
In addition to this statement, GSA is also providing you with a copy of:
1) The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between then candidate Donald J. Trump
and GSA; and
2) A copy of the email evidencing the $1,527,132.39 that was billed to President Trump’s
Transition Team for building space rental.
