PBS can submit a billing adjustment for $1,527,132.39 in August on OA ADC08315 to fulfill the rent exemption agreement
that any unobligated balances will be used to reimburse PBS on rent costs. Please let me know if you want us to exercise
this clause, thanks

Per our discussion. This is AB Code 4720 and the related IX is IX021066.
PBS Waived Rent under ADC08383 and ADC08315 for the period Nov 16 to Jan 17.
PTT requested an extension with a smaller footprint Jan 21, 2017 to Feb 28, 2017. The extension was billed
for $151,042.87 to fund 108 (Presidential Transition Act Funds)
The PBS Rent Waiver includes the following condition;

Between ADC08383 and ADC08315, waived rent totaled $1,800,725.88
Anticipated remaining un-obligated balance as of today is $1,527,132.39
Is it possible to have IX021066 billed for $1,527,132.39 under ADC08315 to make PBS a little more
whole.
Waived rent will then be only $273,593.49
