Dear Joshua,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Homewood Community Development Collaborative
(HCDC), regarding the Bethesda Homewood Properties located in Homewood.

We thank you for meeting with HCDC yesterday and explaining the intent of Omicelo to acquire
ownership of the properties, the plan to keep them eligible for Section 8, and your plan to bring
all of the units up to or exceed HUD standards. Per our conversation yesterday HCDC is in
support of your efforts and we have begun the process of preparing a matrix of supportive
services members of HCDC can provide to the residents of those properties.

We look forward to working with Omicelo in providing support to the residents in order to
improve the quality of their lives as residents of Homewood.
