11. Portland PR Inc. has advised and represented the Government of Qatar and the Embassy of the
State of Qatar during this reporting period with respect to government communications and media
relations in the US. Among other things, Portland PR Inc. has assisted in strategy development and
liaised with US media and thought leaders to help these foreign principals to: (a) better understand
US policy on matters affecting Qatar and (b) brief these parties on the views and efforts of the
Government of Qatar.
12. Portland PR Inc. has advised and represented the Government of Qatar and the Embassy of the
