Following discussions with the FARA unit Milter & Chevalier Chartered is substituting a revised initial registration
statement amending the statement filed on December 10,2017. The revised registration statement lists political
contributions made by the Miller & Chevalier PAC that were Inadvertently omitted in the initial registration statement
and corrects typographical errors appearing In Item 11 and in Attachment A. the revised registration statement also
excludes an unnecessarily filed list of members.
