INSTRUCTIONS. Each partner, officer, director, associate, employee, and agent of a registrant is required to file a short form registration statement
unl ess he engages in no activities m furtherance of the interests of the registrant's foreign principal or unless the services he renders'to the registrant
are in a secretarial, clerical, or in a related or similar capacity. Compliance is accomplished by filing an electronic short fprm registration statement
Privacy Act Statement. The filing of this document is required for the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended, 22 U.S.C. §611 etseq.,
for the purposes of registration under the Act arid public disclosure. Provision of the information requested is mandatory, and failure to provide the
information is subject to the penalty and enforcement provisions established in Sectiori'8 of the Act. Every registration statement, short form
registration statement, supplemental statement, exhibit, amendment, copy of informational materials or other document or information filed with the
Attorney General under this Act is a public record open to public examination, inspection and copying during the posted business hours of the
Registration Unit in Washington, DC. Statements are also available online at foe Registration Unit’s webpage: https://wvvu.fnra.gov. One copy of

Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia
(Jan. 18, 2017 - Jan. 8,2018} - Will work with client to develop and execute a public affairs plan
to enhance the dialogue and relationships with policymakers, media, opinion leaders, and
business leaders. The campaign will promote a better understanding of Ethiopia's political,
social and economic environment, and provide support for politicians and government officials
as they address bilateral issues.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco
(January 02, 2018 - July 02> 2019) - Will provide the consulting services which shall consist of
assisting in the representation of, and government relations activities on behalf of, the
govern ment of the Kingdom of Morocco with the US government, and the development and
implementation of a public relations strategy for the government of the Kingdom of Morocco,
and promotion of business with the Kingdom of Morocco.
The Embassy of the State of Qatar
(February 1,2018 - January 31,2019) - SGR will provide government and public relations
services for Qatar with regard to bilateral issues pertaining to the relationship between Qatar
and the United States. Such services may include outreach to the United States Congress, the
federal government, and the media.
