The document is in a preliminary stage and has not been approved by Commissioners Court and is currently under development and subject to change. Unfortunately at this time since the document is still in a review process our OEM Director is not yet comfortable in releasing the document. The main idea behind the plan is to have County Personnel staff and manage the Shelters up to 7 days until ARC volunteers can transition operations. County Personnel will be trained on a voluntary-basis to fulfill staffing needs and trained to ARC training standards. Once we have approval to disseminate the plan we will gladly share the document. At this time, we have a plan by San Diego OES that was very beneficial to us as we begin the planning process. I hope this can benefit you as well. See the attached. Thank you. David J.
