I received the results via email on the 14th May and review the information on the 15th. I asked to identify the
problem and quickly give me an answer as to the problem to evaluate the risk. But I failed to followup wit
because of other issues. They ?nally sent me a report on July 9, 2007. They didn't appear in the book because I
have send them directly to me and I print them out I printed out the reports put them in a ?le for followup
andt en ey got misplaced.
