Privacy Act Statement The filing of this document is required for die Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended, 22 U.S.C. § 611 etseq.,

(“MOTIE”) with its public advocacy and outreach efforts to educate Americans about the
importance and benefits of the U.S.-Korea relationship and investments in the U.S., as well as
potential consequences of certain trade actions and U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement
(“KORUS”) negotiations. This work will include monitoring and advising on U.S. Government
policies and actions, drafting various materials for public distribution, maintaining a website, and
conducting outreach to state government officials including hosting in-state events. K&L Gates
LLP will engage the public relations services of LEVICK Communications to assist in these
efforts.
