Item 1.1: SCL Social: Registrant researched US foreign policy on Romanian anit-corruption efforts and counseled foreign prinicipal on ways to promote their goal of stronger anti-corruption mechanisms. Registrant also reached out to certain staff, as detailed in item 12, to attempt to arrange meetings between prinicipal and the US administration to provide US best practices for anti-corruption activities to the foreign principal. Ocean Advisory: Registrant provided counsel to foreign prinicipal on US policy in the Middle East, with a specific focus on how the policies could effect economic and commercial activities that were of importance to the.principal. No engagement was made with anyone from Congress, the media, or the Administration on behalf of the principal. Efforts were educational and informative towards the principal.
