strategic advice and counsel for international communications in matters such as strengthening and promoting the
international image of Peru on issues relating to democratic values, possible entry into the OECD, and other issues of
interest to the Government of Peru in the United States. Registrant and foreign principal are in the process of finalizing a
formal written agreement. Registrant will amend Exhibit B to include the written agreement after the agreement has been
finalized.

For a 45 day period and at a total budget of USD $59,000, CLS Strategies will work with the Govern ment of Peru, to provide
strategic advice and counsel for international communications in matters such as strengthening and promoting the
international image of Peru on issues relating to democratic values, possible entry into the OECD, and other issues of
interest to the Government of Peru in the United States. This may include creating communications materials as needed,
distributing materials, and interfacing with the media.
