of caution Registrant is filing this Exhibit at this time. Registrant's work is anticipated to be focused on educating Americans
about the importance and benefits of the U.S.-Korea relationship and investments in the United States, as well as potential
consequences of certain trade actions such as the US Korea Free Trade Agreement (KORUS.). Dates and compensation of
the agreement are not yet finalized but work is anticipated to be completed by December 31,2018. When a formal
agreement is reached, Registrant will file an amended Exhibit B, as appropriate, to evidence such terms of agreement.
