Dear Ms. Creighton and Messrs. Evers and Bies:

This is in response to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from American
Oversight, which is the subject of the above-referenced matter. Speci?cally, the Of?ce of
Management and Budget (OMB) received American Oversight?s FOIA request on May 4, 2017
and assigned it the tracking number 2017?204. 

As indicated in the Defendants? status report of September 29, 2017, OMB is making its
fourth and ?nal production to American Oversight. Pursuant to that report, OMB has completed
its review of all remaining potentially responsive documents for this production. Of those
potentially responsive documents, OMB identi?ed 9 pages of material that was responsive to
American Oversight?s request. We are withholding these 9 pages in full, pursuant to OIA
Exemption 5, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(5), speci?cally the deliberative process and presidential
communications privilege.

This concludes review of your FOIA request.
