This is a contract Agreement between the World Uyghur Congress (WUC) and The Chwat Group (TCG) to provide government and public relations consulting services starting February 1, 2018 through the end of this year, December 31. 2018 which will cover the Second Session of the 115,h Congress. This contract Agreement may be renewed beyond that date upon mutual consent and notice. The WUC requires as part of this Agreement that the TCG work closely with those officials wc designate in the US and elsewhere and to provide them with periodic twice monthly reports at a minimum on the status and activities of you and TCG oil behalf of the WUC’. The WUC will provide for you'r services a monthly fixed retainer fee of $8,500(USD), to be transferred to TCG corporate checking account, information to be provided upon die signing of this contract Agreement. All transfer banking lees will be paid by the WUC. A monthly invoice will be sent by TCG to the WUC according to our instructions the third week of each month prior to the first of the month when they are due and payable. Any expenses by TCG must be approved prior to billing.
